the location was ideal for us. just a short drive to phantasialand and within walking distance to the town center. staff were incredibly friendly. they really went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was a standout! So much variety. I loved the cooked options, eggs were great! And they nailed the croissants too, can’t believe how fresh they were. The room was decent and clean! Perfect for a rest but there was an annoying gap in the blackout curtains.
It wasn't pricey, but still a bit much for what we got.

The Comfort Double Room was spacious and very clean. The king bed was super comfy, which made for great sleep! The bathroom was modern with nice amenities, but the windows faced a roof walkway, so we left them closed for privacy. The AC was effective but hard to adjust. Breakfast was decent, though the small juice glasses were kinda funny. Also, a taxi to Phantasialand was just a quick ride away!

We had an amazing family stay, especially enjoying the fantastic breakfast spread. We took time to explore Phantasialand nearby, which was a hit with the kids. The hotel's location next to a supermarket was super convenient, and we appreciated having our three dogs with us.
My wife says that the pillows could be more comfortable for family stays.
